On 21-23 of March in Shkodra was held the EU workshop with the theme Water Framework Directive.
For the first time NGOs from all 6 countries were present in a regional event.

On December 7-8th in Pogradeci, Albania took place the first ICT regional training. NGOs from Albania, Macedonia and Kosovo were present. They were introduced with the new international green agenda website. Participants had the chance to put articles and information on it as well as design their national site.
