Green Agenda Network

Të premten, në datën 18 prill, 2008 u mbajt takimi i dytë i tre grupeve të punës. Takimi  u mbajt te shkolla, në tri klasa të vecanta, dhe secili nga grupet diskutoi rreth standarteve-ekzituse sasiore dhe cilësore, dhe standarteve të dëshiruara sasiore dhe cilësore. Pjesëmarrësit prezantuan materiale të përgatitura, që jepnin më tepër informacion dhe të dhëna mbi vlerat e përcaktuara prej tyre.

Në grupet e punës erdhën disa persona të rinj të cilët donin të përfshiheshin më tepër dhe të jepnin kontributin e tyre për projektin e Axhendes së Gjelbër në komunën e Prezës.

Takimet u lehtësuan nga lehtësues të APA- s (Shoqata Shqiptare e Permakulturës) dhe nga koordinatorja. U vendosën postera nepër dyqane dhe këndet e njoftimit, ku i kërkohej publikut të gjerë të japë informacion për tre vlerat:

- Infrastruktura turistike,

- Pyjet dhe biodiversiteti

- Shkolla, Trashegimia kulturore, Keshtjella, Vlerat etnografike dhe artizanati       

Grupet kanë planifikuar që t’i adresohen publikut me një program televiziv në TV- Preza, përvec posterave ne kendet e njoftimeve për të patur gjithëpërfshirje ne pjesemarrjen e publikut ne procesin e Axhendes se Gjelber.

Në pamundësi që i gjithë publiku të marrë pjesë në grupet e punës do të vendosen kutia postare në cdo fshat të komunës, në mënyrë që të gjithë publikut t’i jepet mundësia me sms apo me letra ku mund të shkruajnë pyetje komente apo sugjerime që të jenë pjesë aktive në proces.

Për të patur një kohë miqësie së bashku per te tre grupet, pushimi i kafese u organizua në formë kokteji dhe pjesemarres nga të tre grupet mundën të japin mendime për të treja vlerat. Gjatë kësaj kohe u vendos takimi numër tre, në fund te muajit maj ku do të diskutohet për tendencat / prirjet e tre vlerave neper vite dhe impaktet social ekonomike qe kane pasur keto vlera ne grupe te ndryshem palesh te interesuara.

On Friday, April 18, 2008, was held the second meeting, of the three working groups. The meeting was held at the Preza school, in three different classes, one class for each working group, and each of them discussed about, the existing standards — quantitative and qualitative; and about the desired standards –quantitative and qualitative. The members presented their prepared materials that gave more data about their own defined values.  There were some new members, who wanted to contribute and to be part of Green Agenda process, in their commune. 

The meetings were facilitated by the APA-s (Albania Permaculture Association) facilitators and its coordinator. Some posters were set on the shops and on the notice boards, where the public is asked to give more information about the three values:

-Touristy Infractructure

- Forests and Biodiversity

- School, Cultural Heritage/ Castle, Artisan and Ethnographic values

 The groups have planned to have a TV program on TV- Preza, and they wanted to address the public, except with the posters and notice boards, for having much more opinions from interested people. In this TV- Program the three working groups will give more information about their own values, to the community. In lack of the possibility to have the whole public take part in the three working groups, in each village will be placed a post box, where the interested people may  send letters asking questions, giving comments or suggestions, or sending sms. In this way the public will become an active part of the Green Agenda process.   

To have a fellowship time together, the coffee break was organized as a cocktail, and the three working groups had the chance to share their opinions together about the three values, and during this time, they decided that the third meeting will be at the end of May, where they will discuss about tendencies of the three values through the years and social & economical impacts that these values had in different stakeholders groups.

The first meeting of the three working groups was held on Friday April, 4, 2008. 22 people were present and they came from all the villages of Preza commune. After discussions of the ideas in the group,they agreed on this vision respectively:

On 21-23 of March in Shkodra was held the EU workshop with the theme Water Framework Directive.

For the first time NGOs from all 6 countries were present in a regional event.
