On 27 of December, Stakeholder meeting for creating working groups was held in Hotel “Epinal” in Bitola.
According to the interest of the citizens following working groups are created:
1. WATER AND SANITATION
2. RESTORATION OF THE EXCURSIONS PLACES NEAR BITOLA AND PROMOTION OF THE ECO TOURSIM
3. GREENING THE PUBLIC AREAS
4. CHILDREAN AS A VALUE IN BITOLA (Creating possibilities for their creative and phisical development in healthy environment)
5. CREATING EDUCATION CENTRE FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, FLOW OF INFORMATION AND COORDINATION BETWEEN THE STAKEHOLDERS INTERESTED IN GREEN AGENDA (citizens, local municipality, bussiness sector, civili society organizations etc).
Each of the groups has its own leader that will be in communication with Biosfera.

Takimi i parë i aktorëve shënoi edhe fillimin e proçesit të Axhendës së Gjelbër në Komunën e Dajçit. Pjesëmarrësit në takim përfaqësonin grupe të intersuara për këtë proçes dhe në të vërtetë shkalla e interesimit të tyre ishte mjaft e lartë. Përfaqësues nga komuna, kryetari dhe këshilli i komunës, përfaqësues të shoqërisë civile dhe donatorëve të tjerë që operojnë në zonë, përfaqësues të drejtorive të bujqësisë, pyjeve, si dhe specialistë diskutuan mbi intereat e tyre direkte dhe indirekte të përfshirjes. Zona shquhet jo vetëm për vlerat mjedisore dhe natyrore, por edhe për nivelin e lartë arsimor dhe kulturor, shkallën e lartë të motivimit të komunitetit dhe kjo bëri që edhe diskutimi të ishte mjaft interesant. Të gjithë pjesëmarrësit u shprehën të interesuar për proçesin, diskutuan për përfshirjen e tyre dhe përcaktuan edhe drejtimet e punës në të ardhmen. Këto do të jenë drejtimet mbi bazën e të cilave u ngritën grupet e punës. Vlera artizanale – prodhimi i veshjeve, qëndismat dhe pëlhurat, përpunimi i qumeshtit.Vlera mjedisore - biodiversiteti në zonë dhe sidomos në Lumin Buna, ruajtja e llojeve të kafshëve të rralla e bimëve medicinale, peshkimi tradicional dhe ai sportiv.Vlera social-kulturore – kisha e Shirqit, zhvillimi i turizmit historik dhe atij kulturor, tradita e e veshjeve popullore dhe folku.Vlera agro-bujqësore – përpunimi i produkteve bujqësore dhe blegtorale. Takimi i parë i aktorëve u realizua në bashkëpunimin e ngushtë të dy shoqatave SHRMMNSH dhe Ylber me këshillin e komunës. Në takim morën pjesë edhe përfaqësues të Milieukontakt International Sussane Bakker dhe Valbona Mazreku. Ai u lehtësua nga Rrezart Xhelo, përfaqësues i grupit të trainerëve të Eden.

After the promotion of the Green Agenda in Bitola through the activities of Green Agenda Ambassadors, big stakeholder meeting is set up to be held on 27 of December 2007.
It will be nice opportunity to define working groups before Christmas and New Year holidays so people can think about specific actions.

Zona e Dajçit shtrihet ne Ultesiren Perendimore te Shqiperise. Kjo zone per shkohet nga lumi Buna qe ka vlera ekonomike. Duke mos lene pa permendur ketu vlera kulturore e historike. Ne kete zone ndodhet kisha e Shirgjit qe daton ne shekullin 14-15.

Transborder Wildlife (NATYRA NDERKUFITARE) is a Non Governmental Organization that works to monitor and enhance the protection measures for environment. TWA works together with local people for the protection of environment natural resources and wildlife enabling the community to implement effective measures that contribute to their livelihoods and sustainable development.
Transborder Wildlife Association (TWA) was established on the 15-th of October 1996. Its legal status is private and non-profitable. Transborder Wildlife Association is a regional organization. Its center is in Korca. TWA has its own office supplied with needed office equipements: computer, printer, scanner A3, photocopy machine, plotter A0 etc.Transborder Wildlife Association (TWA) is member of 2 big world international organizations: International Land Coalition and WSPA. TWA is also member of teh regional network Balkan Net.
The main objectives:
Ø The reduction and protection of habitat destruction especially forest habitats
Ø Sustainable management of natural resources in the framework of social and economic development through participatory planning and management.
Ø The improvement of environment/natural resources/forestry laws.
Ø Public participation in decision making.
Ø Helping the poor people to reduce their poverty through effective measures in national and regional policies.
To achieve these objectives TWA has implemented more than 15 projects collaborating with many parners.During its ten years period TWA has done many activities related to conservation of large carnivores, protection of animals, forest protection, sustainable development, forest users’ rights etc. TWA is helping the community for broad participation in decision making and more rights to use natural resources. TWA collaborates with regional organizations in the Balkans for nature conservation and animal protection as well.
The partners
TWA collaborate with many partners to achieve its mission. The mission and objectives of TWA are directly linked with engagement of many stakeholders including governmental organizations, civil society, national and international organization whose actions are related for the protection of environment, sustainability of natural resources and sustainable development.
Contributions
The main funders of TWA are International Land Coalition, Milieukontakt, USA Embassy in Tirana, REC, WSPA, GEF etc. On the other hand TWA members have done in kind contriburion in many projects.

The Albanian Permaculture Association, APA, is working for the Green Agenda Process in Preza Commune, Tirana Prefecture, Albania.
On 7-9 December 2007 two representatives of the APA participated in a ICT Training in Pogradeci together with representatives of NGOs that are coordinating Green Agendas in Kosovo and Macedonia.
The next comming event is “The First Stakeholder Meeting” planned to be held on 22 of December in Preza Commune. Over 50 stakeholders are invited to participate in this meeting.

The group from Kosovo has meet other two groups from Albania and Macedonia on meetihg in Pogradec. On this meeting we made better connection with other groups and change some opinions.

По успешната презентација во јавноста на процесот Зелена агенда, на 04-12-2007 година во хотел „Епинал“ во Битола се одржа прв состанок со чинителите.
Изненадува големата заинтересираност на граѓаните за што покажува бројката од 32 присутни од предвидените 15.
Следниот чекор е дефинирање на работните групи и дефинирање на приниципите за работа
